By accessing and using DictateTime ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DictateTime is a mobile application that enables legal professionals to create time entries through voice dictation, with automatic formatting and synchronization to Clio practice management software.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Service is provided on a subscription basis at $19/user/month
  • 14-day free trial available for new users
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by DictateTime, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining compliance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

DictateTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DictateTime from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
